I was in search for 1"x1" metal fence balusters/pickets and thought they would be an easy find at one of the two larger retail chains. Nope. Nothing even close. I went to a local fence company just around the corner from those stores and the only option was to purchase a section of metal fencing. Nope. That fence company did, however, recommend me trying J&M Aluminum. They were my last shot before the web search started. Not only did they have the size and color I needed, they also cut them to length on the spot for super cheap. Approximately $5 each (that was for approximately a 1"x1"x38". Had I read some of the reviews prior to going there, I most likely would've started my web search instead. Unfortunately, we get wrapped up in reviews and others' "stories" Which 90% are most likely true. But don't mistake a companies demand, for bad customer service.
